To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

– Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not return items without an RA number, as they will not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund. Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
